Ten Rooms Ybor opened for business this April. It has 4 distinct concepts:
-Bar Martinez (upscale fine dining Tuesday – Saturday from 5-10pm).
-Bar Genevieve (all day bar open 7 days a week Tuesday – Saturday 12pm – 10pm, Sunday -Monday 12pm – 8pm).
-The Café (open 7 days a week 7am to 3pm).
-The Shop (Locally sourced, high end life style goods and home accessories. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 8pm).
Formerly Carne Chop House, which closed in 2020, Ro Patel and a group of investors had the vision to turn this 5,000 sf floor of the historic Centro Espanol Social club into an upscale, multiple offering, venue.
Both the kitchen and front of house are run by a team of Michelin Star professionals. They pride themselves on using locally sourced ingredients. Check out their website for a list of local food sources.
The original pressed tin ceilings date back to the early 1900s. The Robert Ibarra design pays homage to the original historic elements of the space while adding modern elements as well with an eye toward the future.
The wines at Ten Rooms are curated by Zach Pace, the COO and Sommelier. Some unique offerings include older vintage wines from the 80s and 90s, First Grove Bordeaux, and grower Champagne.
